The Municipality of Montevideo, considering an optimization approach as the key to success in its business operations, could not neglect a section as delicate as the performance management of its applications.

IMM has extensive experience and deep knowledge of the problems surrounding APM (Application Performance Management), which is crucial for the development of daily tasks and the correct direction of objectives. IMM chose to adopt the Dynatrace solution provided and implemented by Softron, Dynatrace’s strategic partner for Argentina and Uruguay.

In this way, it was possible to obtain a comprehensive and transversal vision of the behavior of the services based on the users, and the audit of compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) of our own and of third parties.
